Quantitative analysis of fatty acids (by GC/MS)
Quantitative analysis of 36 components including oleic acid, palmitic acid, vaccenic acid, EPA, and DHA was conducted using all standard samples. Quantification of specific fatty acids is also possible.
We will conduct quantitative analysis of fatty acids contained in lipids. Using standard samples, we will create a calibration curve and calculate the fatty acid concentration. The fatty acid concentration will be reported in units such as "mg/g" or "mg/mL." For the target fatty acids, quantitative analysis will be performed using all standard samples for 36 components, including oleic acid, palmitic acid, vaccenic acid, EPA, and DHA. Additionally, quantitative analysis of specific fatty acids is also possible, so please inquire.
